A project of rebirth and conversion that transforms an ancient Ligurian olive mill into a timeless residence, redesigned to host four independent housing units, each guardian of its own private outdoor space.

Embraced by the Ligurian hills and reaching out toward the Mediterranean Sea, the villa redefines the concept of living by placing the identity of the landscape at its centre. The design has gone beyond the boundaries of the interiors to dedicate itself deeply to the soul of the exteriors: the rigorous respect for the historical terraces, the skilful use of local materials and the introduction of rich native vegetation dialogue with the modernity of a solarium with integrated pool.

Botteghe Chiare thus celebrates the perfect coexistence between the architectural intervention and the extraordinary surrounding nature, returning a work that is unique of its kind.
